Production capacity also matters. Visit the facility, or arrange an independent inspection during manufacturing. Observe galvanizing tanks, storage conditions, packing methods, and material labels. Traceability should connect every bundle to a heat number and inspection record. It sounds basic. It is often missed.

Compare lead times using actual monthly output, not promises from a sales desk. Confirm tolerances, bundle weight, loading plans, and replacement procedures in writing. A very low quotation deserves careful questioning because thinner walls or reduced zinc can hide behind the price. Communication quality is another test; slow, vague replies may create costly delays later. A polished factory tour can still leave unanswered questions. Recheck the details.
